This weekend, on Saturday November 7 in lovely downtown San Diego, some of the smartest minds in PR will be gathering. The official reason is for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) 2009 Conference. However…. 12for12k knows the truth. And we love it!

PR professional Shonali Burke, Principal of Shonali Burke Consulting, has arranged a tweetup at Bar Basic on 410 Tenth Avenue, San Diego, between 5.00pm and 7.00pm. Thanks to the cool sponsors PR Newswire, Mike Smith Public Affairs and dna13, there will be some free beverages and pie (yes, PIE!!).

And thanks to the kind-hearted soul that Shonali is, along with fellow partner in crime and brains behind the whole idea Jen Wilbur of Rockstar Communications, 12for12k will be the beneficiary of some cool PR folks and their donations to our currently supported charity Musicians on Call.
